How long does it take to get my Product?

If you choose to pay with Credit Card on our store you will get your product instantly after purchasing it. There is no delays or confirmations you need to go trough and wait for, so once the payment is completed you will be promted with you key at the bottom of your Order (My Account -> Orders -> Your Order).

When paying trough one of the banking providers named above you will also be promted with your Product instantly after the payment has gone trought, you can experience a small delay lasting up to a few minutes, it is depending on the Bank and payment method. To see your license key just check your order, or go to the License Key tab under "My Account".

Paying with Sofort is different than the other methods. When paying trough sofort or sofortüberweisung it can take up to max 6 Business Days to verify and complete your payment, the time is dependent on your bank and working hours. The reason for this is because the payment is going over seas and is being processed by SOFORT.

When paying via Mobilepay it can take up to 3 hours to confirm the payment, it usually only take 10 minutes. We run on a manual confirmation system on Mobilepay so that is why there is a small delay on payments. If you had an error with the order or payment then just feel free to hit us up, and we will take a look.

We stopped the support for this type of payments as of July the 10th.

When paying with crypto trough our webshop it takes the usual 20-30 minutes for the coins to arrive. Once the transactions has reached 2 confirmations you will be able to access your product(s).

If the amount is missing some money you need to reimburse the missing funds before the time run out, else your transaction will be lost.
