What do i do if i can't redeem my Product?

1. Read the Instructions provided after Checkout again.

We provide promtly and briefly explenations on how to redeem products and license keys purchased trough our store, on the order page under the "My Account" section. Double check that you did everything as said!


2. Can't redeem or use a account?

The accounts we sell are usually working perfectly, but errors can occur and they unfortunately happen a lot. If the account info is invalid or something similar to that hen make sure you are logging in the right place (Rockstar Social Club/Rockstar Games Launcher).


Else if you need a 2FA/Verification code you need to make a support ticket in our discord, then we will help you!


3. Contact the Product Support

All the products we provide has some kind of a support team that can help you with your issues, try asking them first to see if the you did everything right.


4. Spotify Lifetime Upgrade

If you purchased the product "Spotify Lifetime Upgrade" then make sure to check the "stock" button in the top on the service website provided after checkout. If the stock is 0 then you need to wait for a restock, this is why the status on our site is Yellow!


We stopped providing support for this service at the 18th December, we recommend you refrain yourself from contacting us, but instead take direct contact to the provider given after purchase.


5. Contact our Live Support

If none of the solutions above didn't help you then you can easily contact us by pressing the round circle in the bottom right, we usually answer within 10 minutes. Support hours vary a lot but they usually swing from 9-18 GMT +1 on working days, we don't guarantee a answer on working days, holidays or weekends.
