Can i get a refund?

Explanation on our Dispute requests and Refund Policy

Short answer No. We do not offer refunds nor compensate orders or products if we dont deem the cause for a refund or a dispute our fault. So asking for a refund wont get you one. Compensation is not possible either instead or as a replacement for no refunds. If you lose access to your Product/License Key/Service we wont stand accountable for that. That means that if you get hacked and losses your purchased products then we wont help you getting new ones for free or offer a compensation.


If you discover a error or a mistake with the products you have bought from us right after purchase, like the product key doesnt work or no product was received/delivered. Then feel free to contact us with the method below, so we can resolve the issue. If the issue can't be resolved a compensation or refund can be sorted. The compensation will at that point be decided by our staff team, based on the issue and other factors. Bare in mind that Crypto transactions cant be refunded. Some products are not available for compensation.

After that you just need to complete the reCAPTCHA and then press "Submit request". We will usually answer within 48 Hours.
